Terms of Service
Omnisocial is operated by Timothy Odebunmi, an individual. Contact hello@executioninc.org.
Summary
- These terms are a contract between you and Timothy Odebunmi, an individual trading as Omnisocial.
- You must be at least 18. The service is currently free; any future premium plan will be shown separately with its price and terms before you are charged.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us only the limited permission needed to host, process and publish it where you ask us to.
- AI features, a marketplace and identity/KYC verification are not offered in this release.
1. Agreement
LinkBy creating an account or using Omnisocial, you agree to these Terms of Service. You also acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
Acknowledging the Privacy Policy is not blanket consent to optional marketing, unnecessary data collection or unrelated processing. Where we rely on consent, we ask for it separately, and you can withdraw it.
Omnisocial is operated by Timothy Odebunmi, an individual based in Nigeria and trading under the Omnisocial name. There is no incorporated company behind the service.
2. Eligibility
LinkYou must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. The service is not designed for or directed at children.
If you use the service for an organisation or workspace, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms and connect the relevant accounts.
3. Your account
Link- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Confirm that you are at least 18 and keep your sign-in credentials and connected account access secure.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for workspace members you invite.
- Do not share your account in a way that bypasses workspace roles or platform permissions.
4. Acceptable use
LinkYou must not use the service to break the law, harm others or interfere with the service.
- Do not publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content.
- Do not spam, manipulate engagement or evade Instagram's or another platform's rules.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another person's data.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service except as permitted by law.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Do not upload another person's personal data without a lawful reason and permission.
- Do not use the service to build a competing dataset or to train models on other people's content.
5. Your content and the permission you give us
LinkYou keep ownership of the content you create. We do not claim ownership of your captions, media or workspace content.
You give us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to host, store, copy, adapt for format, transmit and publish your content only as needed to provide the service and to carry out the actions you request, such as publishing to Instagram or showing content to workspace members.
This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that must remain in backups until they expire, content already published on a third-party platform, or records we must keep by law.
We do not use your content to train generative AI models and we do not sell it.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and publish your content and that doing so does not infringe another person's rights.
6. Social platforms and Instagram
LinkPublishing depends on the connected platform. Its terms, review decisions, rate limits, outages and API changes can affect the service.
Instagram publishing and insights require a professional Instagram account and the permissions requested during connection; they are available only to approved professional testers in this release. X, LinkedIn and TikTok account connections have limited access, with the permissions presented in each connection flow.
You must have the account access and permissions needed to connect an account and publish its content.
We do not control any social platform. We do not promise that a post will be accepted, that insights will be complete, or that a permission or feature will remain available.
Platforms that are not shown as available in the product are not part of this release. If we add or expand an integration, it will be described as available only when it is actually live.
7. Instagram-specific terms
Link- You authorise us to publish the content you select to the Instagram professional account you connect.
- You remain responsible for the content and for complying with Instagram's terms and community rules.
- Insights are supplied by Instagram. Some metrics may be unavailable or reported as zero because of media type, account size or platform limitations; that does not always mean there was no activity.
- You can disconnect Instagram at any time. Disconnecting stops future publishing through us but does not remove content already posted.
- Deleting content from Omnisocial does not delete it from Instagram. You must remove posted copies on Instagram yourself.
8. Free service and future plans
LinkOmnisocial is free to use at the moment. We do not charge for the current features.
We may introduce paid plans later. If we do, we will show the price, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation rules separately before asking you to pay. We will not charge you without your agreement.
We may change or remove free features, but we will not retroactively charge for a period you already used for free.
9. Our intellectual property
LinkThe service, its software, design, branding and documentation belong to the operator or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.
You may not copy, resell or create derivative products from the service except as allowed by law or with written permission.
10. Availability and changes
LinkWe work to keep the service available, but it is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, security work, provider failures and platform changes can cause interruptions.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects your use, we will give reasonable notice when practical.
11. Suspension and termination
LinkYou can stop using the service at any time and request deletion.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay for a future paid plan, or if we are required to do so by law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to respond.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as content permissions for already-published content, disclaimers, liability and governing law, continue to apply.
12. Disclaimers
LinkThe service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular reach or engagement result, or acceptance by Instagram.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer or data-protection law.
13. Liability
LinkTo the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss caused by a third-party platform, your content or your breach of these terms. A loss is not excluded merely because it involves profits, revenue, business interruption or data where the law treats it differently.
Subject to that and to mandatory law, our total aggregate liability arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the greater of: (a) the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 100, or the equivalent in your local currency. This cap does not reduce an express refund or other payment obligation owed by us.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing restricts statutory remedies, data-protection rights or regulatory powers that cannot be restricted by contract.
14. Indemnity
LinkTo the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we incur because of a third-party claim arising from content you uploaded or published, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms. This does not apply where the loss is caused by our own negligence or breach.
15. Governing law and disputes
LinkThese terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria, may hear disputes, unless mandatory law gives you the right to another forum.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Mandatory consumer rights and data-protection remedies are not affected.
16. Changes to these terms
LinkWe may update these terms. The effective date and version at the top of this page identify the current text. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or a prominent in-product notice, unless a shorter period is necessary for legal or urgent security reasons. The notice will explain the changes and their effective date.
Where the product requires acceptance of a new version, the change does not apply to you until you accept that version. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date is acceptance only to the extent permitted by law. If you reject a material change, you may stop using the affected service, and applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available.
