Effective 24 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-24
Data Deletion Policy
Omnisocial is operated by Timothy Odebunmi, an individual. Contact hello@executioninc.org.
Summary
- You can ask us to delete your Omnisocial data by emailing hello@executioninc.org. You do not need to sign in to make the request.
- After we verify the request, we stop access and affected queued operations immediately, delete from active systems within 30 days and let backups expire within 90 days.
- Deleting your Omnisocial data does not delete posts or insights held by Instagram or another connected platform. You must remove content you posted there on that platform.
1. Summary
LinkEmail hello@executioninc.org from the address connected to your account, or tell us enough to identify the account. We verify the request, stop access and queued operations, then delete the data as described below.
There is no self-service erasure button in this release. Account deactivation inside the product is not the same as deletion and must not be treated as erasure.
2. Who can request deletion
LinkWe cannot delete another person's account just because you ask. We also cannot delete data that belongs to a workspace owner who has not authorised the request, except where the law requires it.
- The account holder, for their own account and personal data.
- A person authorised to act for the account holder, with evidence of that authority.
- A workspace owner, for workspace content they control, subject to the rights of other members.
- A person whose data was included in another person's content, where the law supports the request.
3. How to make a request
LinkSend an email to hello@executioninc.org with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the email address used for the account and any connected account usernames. Do not send your password, access tokens or identity documents unless we specifically ask for proportionate verification.
You do not need an account, a password or access to the product to make a deletion request.
4. How we verify the request
LinkWe verify that the request comes from the account holder or an authorised representative. We may reply to the account email, ask you to confirm from an address we already hold, or ask for limited evidence where there is a genuine doubt.
We keep verification and request records minimal, and only for as long as needed to complete the request and show that we handled it lawfully.
5. What happens after verification
LinkDeletion may be delayed only where a legal obligation, a security investigation or a dispute requires us to keep specific records. We keep only what is necessary and for no longer than necessary.
- Immediately: we stop access to the account and stop affected queued or scheduled operations.
- Within 30 days: we delete the data from active systems, including account records, content and connected-account tokens.
- Within 90 days: backups containing the data expire, unless a shorter legal or platform retention limit applies.
- After deletion: we send a confirmation, unless doing so would itself create a security risk.
6. Narrow exceptions
LinkWe may keep a limited amount of data when the law requires it, including:
- Records needed to comply with tax, accounting or other legal obligations.
- Information needed to investigate fraud, abuse or a security incident.
- Information needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer identify you.
- Content already published on Instagram or another third-party service, which those services control.
7. Platform content is separate
LinkWe can delete the copy of your content and the access tokens we hold. We cannot delete a post that Instagram or another connected platform has published, or insights that platform holds for its own purposes.
To remove published copies, delete them on the platform where they were posted. If you want help understanding what remains, contact hello@executioninc.org.
8. Shared workspace data
LinkIf you are a workspace member, deleting your account removes your personal data but does not necessarily delete content the workspace owner controls. The workspace owner may need to remove that content.
If you are a workspace owner, request deletion of the workspace as well as your account so that workspace content is included. We will protect other members' personal data while completing the request.
9. Confirmation and complaints
LinkWe confirm completion by email. If you believe we have not handled your request correctly, reply to that email or contact hello@executioninc.org. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or another supervisory authority where mandatory law gives you that right.
